Product overview

The WH-1000XM5 is Sony's flagship wireless noise-cancelling headphone line. This listing is for the Smoky Pink variant and advertises active noise cancellation, Bluetooth connectivity, an integrated microphone for calls, and up to 30 hours of battery life. The Amazon page also offers an optional Acko 1-year extended warranty add-on at ₹1,599.

Reasons to consider

• The XM5 remains one of the strongest mainstream ANC headphones for commuting, office work and calls.
• Fulfilled by Amazon with a named third-party seller (Clicktech Retail), which is generally preferable to marketplace-only fulfilment for returns and service.
• If an SBI credit card instant discount does apply at checkout, the effective price could drop meaningfully below the ₹19,489 list figure.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Flagship-class noise cancellation and 30-hour rated battery life
• Product page, seller and live price verified on Amazon.in
• Bank-card discounts, if applicable, stack on top of the listed price

Cons

• The advertised ₹15,889 price was not what the product page showed; the verified price is ₹19,489
• The claimed ₹3,600 SBI credit card offer was not visible in the page data we could read — eligibility and caps are unconfirmed
• Delivery estimates shown were wide (up to early November depending on location)

Buyer fit

Worth a look if you specifically want the XM5 in Smoky Pink and hold an SBI credit card — check the checkout page for any card-linked instant discount before assuming the advertised ₹15,889 or lower effective price. If you have no SBI card, budget for the verified ₹19,489.

Final verdict

The product and listing are genuine, but the advertised price does not match what Amazon currently shows. Treat this as a decent listing at ₹19,489 with a possible card discount, not a confirmed ₹15,889 deal. Add to cart and check the final payable amount with your SBI card before committing.
