1. What JumpBump is

JumpBump is an independent publisher of deal information for shoppers in India. We are not a shop. We do not sell anything, hold stock, take payments, ship orders, or process returns. Every purchase you make happens on a merchant's own site, under that merchant's terms.

2. Information, not advice

Everything here is published for information. It is not financial advice, not a purchase recommendation for your circumstances, and not a guarantee of any outcome. Decide for yourself whether an offer is worth taking.

3. Accuracy, and its limits

We verify deals before publishing and record when each was last checked, but prices, availability, coupon validity, and eligibility can change at any moment — including between our check and your checkout. We do not warrant that any price shown here is currently available to you.

The merchant's own page is the source of truth. Confirm the final product, seller, variant, eligibility, taxes, delivery charge, renewal terms, and the amount actually payable there before you buy. If our page and the merchant's page disagree, the merchant's page governs, and we would like to hear about it at [email protected].

4. Affiliate links

Some outbound links earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes a deal's score, its position, or whether we publish it. The full explanation is in the affiliate disclosure.

5. Your account

• Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person. Accounts made to manipulate votes will be removed.
• Give a working email address — it is how we reach you about your own account.
• You can have your account deleted at any time; see the privacy notice.

6. Votes and comments

Votes are meant to signal whether a deal is genuinely good. Comments are meant to add information — a condition we missed, a price that has moved, an experience with the seller.

Do not post:

• Referral or affiliate links of your own.
• Spam, or the same comment across many deals.
• Abuse, harassment, or content targeting someone's identity.
• Anything unlawful, or anyone's private information.
• Deliberate misinformation about a price or an offer.

Readers can report a comment, and three separate reports hide it automatically pending review. Moderators can remove content and suspend accounts. Every moderation action is recorded in an internal audit log, including decisions to keep something.

You keep ownership of what you post, and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it on the site and in our feeds.

7. Acceptable use of the site itself

Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others. Our feeds (RSS, JSON) exist so you do not have to scrape at all. Found a vulnerability? Report it privately to [email protected] — we will not pursue good-faith research that follows our security policy.

8. Our content

Our written analysis, layout, and code are ours. Quote a paragraph with a link to the source page — that is fine and welcome. Republishing pages wholesale, or using them to train a competing deal feed, is not. Merchant names, logos, and trademarks belong to their owners and appear here to identify the seller; that is not an endorsement in either direction.

9. Availability

The site is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uptime. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of it, including individual deal pages once an offer has ended.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, JumpBump is not liable for loss arising from a price that changed, an offer that ended, a coupon that failed, a condition you did not meet, or a transaction with a merchant. Your contract for any purchase is with the merchant, and any dispute about an order, refund, or delivery is between you and them. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Changes

We may revise these terms; the reviewed date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised terms.
