A price is wrong, or a deal is dead
The fastest way to get something fixed. Include the JumpBump page link and what you saw on the merchant page instead. Corrections are the queue we read first, because a wrong price is worse than no price.
You found a deal worth checking
Send the direct offer link and any condition attached to it — coupon, card, minimum spend, pincode. What we do and do not publish is set out on the suggest a deal page.
Anything else
Questions, feedback, press, or partnership enquiries. A partnership never buys editorial treatment, and we say so in the editorial policy.
Security issue or vulnerability
Please report privately first and give us a reasonable window to fix it. Our policy, scope and disclosure expectations are in SECURITY.md, and the same address is published in /.well-known/security.txt.

Account deletion, a data request, a takedown, or a trademark concern. What we store and for how long is in the privacy notice.
What to include
For anything about a specific deal, the page link plus what you saw instead is enough to act on. A screenshot helps and is never sufficient on its own — we re-check the merchant page before changing or pulling a deal, because a screenshot cannot show whether an offer is still reachable by a normal shopper.
What we do about it
A confirmed factual error is corrected and the verification timestamp updated, so the page shows when it was last checked rather than when it was written. An offer that has ended is marked ended and its action button disabled instead of being silently deleted. Anything unsafe or legally problematic comes down immediately. The standard we hold ourselves to is published in the editorial policy.
