Accessibility statement
Last reviewed: 22 August 2026
JumpBump should be usable without a mouse, without colour, and without perfect vision or hearing. We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the practical standard for new work. This is a commitment and an engineering target, not a claim that every page has been independently certified.
What we build for
- Keyboard access to navigation, filters, voting, comments, drawers, and dialogs.
- Visible focus indicators and logical heading order.
- Text and controls that reflow from small phones to large screens without page-level horizontal scrolling.
- Status that is expressed with words and icons, not colour alone.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences where the interface animates.
- Labels for form fields, icon buttons, charts, images, and live status updates.
- Readable contrast in both light and dark themes.
How to use the site
Every public deal can be reached as a normal link. Flash, Bomb, categories, stores, search, and deal pages work without client-side scripting. JBReels is an optional presentation of the same deals; the standard board remains available through its Board button.
Wide data tables in the operator area scroll inside their own labelled panel rather than moving the whole page. These operator pages are restricted to authorised roles and are not part of the public browsing experience.
Known limitations
- Merchant product pages and third-party price charts are outside JumpBump and may not meet the same accessibility standard.
- Some older deal images have short source-provided alternative text. The surrounding title, price, merchant, and product details remain available as text.
- Dense historical price tables may require horizontal scrolling at high zoom; they are contained so the rest of the page still reflows.
Report a barrier
Email [email protected] with the page URL, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you used. A screenshot is useful but not required. Accessibility reports are handled as product defects, and urgent barriers to reading a deal or completing an account action are prioritised.
For a factual error in a deal, use [email protected]. For privacy or data requests, use [email protected].
