Product overview

Presto! is Amazon's own household label, and this Active Wash variant is a liquid detergent pitched as tough on stains while staying gentle on fabrics and colour-safe. The detergent is described as ultra-concentrated, suitable for both standard and high-efficiency washing machines, free from dyes and harsh chemicals, and usable on delicates and activewear. The 5-litre size works out to about ₹73.80 per litre at the current price, which is competitive for a liquid detergent of this format.

Reasons to consider

• The ₹369 price is confirmed directly on Amazon's product page — not just an advertised figure.
• At ~₹74 per litre, it undercuts many branded liquid detergents in the same size class.
• Subscribe & Save can trim the cost further for households that buy detergent regularly.
• Fulfilled by Amazon with free delivery, so shipping cost and reliability are not concerns.
• The 5-litre pack suits families or heavy laundry loads and reduces refill frequency.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Verified ₹369 selling price on Amazon.in, 63% below MRP
• Low per-litre cost (~₹73.80/L)
• Colour-safe, machine-compatible formula per the listing
• Extra savings via Subscribe & Save

Cons

• Sold by a third-party seller (RK World Infocom), though shipped and fulfilled by Amazon
• "Limited Period Festive Offer" means the price can revert at any time
• The ₹1,000 MRP is a list price; real-world street price is often lower, so the true discount may be smaller than 63%

Buyer fit

Best for households that go through detergent quickly and want a low per-litre cost on a bulk 5-litre pack, and for anyone already comfortable with Amazon's in-house Presto! brand. Shoppers loyal to premium detergent brands or those wanting fragrance-heavy formulas may prefer alternatives.

Final verdict

A verified, well-priced bulk detergent deal. At ₹369 for 5 litres — confirmed on the product page with free delivery and in stock — it is an easy buy if you need detergent. The 63%-off figure is measured against MRP, so treat the headline discount with mild scepticism, but the per-litre value stands on its own.
