Product overview

This is a 19-key aftermarket keycap set from HyperX aimed at mechanical keyboard users. The caps use a textured rubber coating for extra grip — designed for movement and ability keys where finger slip costs you inputs — and a signature font that lets RGB backlighting shine through. A HyperX keycap puller is bundled so you can swap caps without damaging switches.

Compatibility is stated for HyperX mechanical keyboards, and the listing notes the keyboard itself is not included. On standard MX-style switches these caps will generally fit beyond HyperX boards, but that broader fit isn't explicitly confirmed on the page, so treat non-HyperX compatibility as likely rather than guaranteed.

Reasons to consider

• Cheap aesthetic upgrade: at ₹597 it's one of the cheaper branded keycap sets available.
• Functional grip: the rubberised texture genuinely helps on WASD and frequently tapped keys.
• Shine-through legends: works with backlit/RGB boards rather than blocking the lighting.
• Strong user rating: 4.4/5 across ~798 ratings is solid for an accessory.
• Tool included: the bundled puller saves buying one separately.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Low entry price for a branded accessory
• Textured rubber grip for gaming keys
• Shine-through font suits RGB keyboards
• Keycap removal tool in the box
• Good aggregated rating on Amazon

Cons

• Only 19 keys — not a full-board replacement set
• Pink colourway is a specific aesthetic choice
• Confirmed compatibility limited to HyperX mechanical keyboards
• Rubberised coatings can wear or get shiny with heavy use over time
• The headline ₹29 effective price depends on a specific card and cashback terms

Buyer fit

Worth a look if you own a backlit mechanical keyboard — especially a HyperX board — and want grippier gaming keys or a colour accent without replacing the whole set. Skip it if you need a complete 104/87-key set, don't like pink, or were only interested at the ₹29 effective price and don't hold the Amazon Pay ICICI credit card.

Final verdict

At ₹597 verified on Amazon this is already a reasonable price for a 19-piece branded keycap kit with a puller included. The advertised ₹568 selling price was not confirmed at checkout — Amazon currently shows ₹597 — and the eye-catching ₹29 figure relies on card-specific cashback that we could not verify, so treat it as a possible bonus, not the real price. If a pink rubber accent set suits your board, it's a low-risk buy; just don't bank on the cashback headline.
