Product overview

The Lenovo 120 is a no-frills wired mouse built around a 1600 DPI optical sensor, which is higher than the 800–1000 DPI typical of budget mice and gives smoother, more precise cursor movement. It connects over USB-A with no driver installation needed, uses a standard 3-button layout with a clickable scroll wheel, and has an ambidextrous, ergonomic shape intended for comfortable all-day use. The 1.5 m cable gives reasonable reach for desktop setups. Lenovo positions it for office work, education, design tasks and basic gaming.

Reasons to consider

• At ₹248 it sits at the very budget end of the wired-mouse market, from a brand with an established service network in India.
• The 1600 DPI sensor is a step above the cheapest generic mice.
• Ambidextrous shape works for left- and right-handed users.
• Wired plug-and-play means no batteries, no pairing and no latency concerns.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Confirmed ₹248 selling price on Amazon.in, in stock
• 1600 DPI optical sensor for smoother tracking
• Ambidextrous, ergonomic design for long sessions
• 1.5 m cable suits desktop and laptop use

Cons

• Basic 3-button layout — no extra buttons or DPI switching
• Wired only; not for users wanting wireless freedom
• The 49%-off figure is based on MRP, which may differ from typical street pricing

Buyer fit

A sensible pick if you need an inexpensive spare or everyday mouse for office work, study, or a home desktop and you don't need programmable buttons or wireless connectivity. It's less suitable for competitive gamers or users who want silent clicks or extra controls.

Final verdict

At ₹248 the Lenovo 120 is an easy recommendation if you need a reliable basic wired mouse — the Amazon price is verified and stock is available. Treat the advertised 49%-off-MRP framing as indicative rather than a once-in-a-lifetime saving, but the absolute price is low enough that it's worth buying when you need one.
