Product overview

The iQOO Gamepad is a mobile gaming accessory that clips onto an Android phone and maps physical controls onto on-screen touch buttons. iQOO pitches it for a console-style feel in shooters and action games: an ALPS e-sports rocker for precise movement, a continuous tap mode that multiplies a single press into repeated shots, and the ability to charge the phone while the gamepad is attached. Battery life is advertised at up to 150 hours on a single charge, which, if accurate, is well above typical Bluetooth controllers. The listing carries a 3.4/5 rating across roughly 100 reviews — middling, so real-world fit and build quality may vary by phone model and game.

Reasons to consider

• At the advertised ₹759, this is a very low entry price for a branded mobile gamepad.
• The pass-through charging design avoids a common pain point of gaming accessories blocking the charging port.
• On-screen button mapping means it can work with games lacking native controller support, subject to per-game compatibility.
• A 1-year manufacturer warranty is stated on the listing.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Claimed 81% discount makes it cheap to try
• Up to 150-hour claimed battery life
• ALPS rocker and rapid-fire tap mode for precision play
• Charges the phone while attached

Cons

• No featured offers were shown on Amazon at check time — the advertised price could not be confirmed and the item may be effectively unavailable at that price
• 3.4/5 rating suggests mixed buyer experiences
• Compatibility is Android-focused and depends on phone size and game touch layouts
• Return rules for video-game accessories are limited to damaged, defective or incorrect items per Amazon's category policy

Buyer fit

This suits Android gamers — especially shooter and battle-royale players — who want physical controls without spending on a full telescopic controller, and who are willing to check the live listing for actual stock and price. Skip it if you need guaranteed native controller support in every game, or if a 3.4-star track record makes you want a more proven brand.

Final verdict

At a verified ₹759 this would be an easy impulse buy for Android gamers; at MRP it would not be. Right now the price is advertised only — the Amazon page showed no featured offers when checked, so the deal may be out of stock or repriced. If the listing shows ₹759 (or close) when you open it, it is worth grabbing for casual mobile gaming; otherwise wait for it to return or look at alternatives in the same bracket.
