Product overview

The HP 450 is aimed at buyers who want a cord-free, full-size typing setup without spending on a premium board. The three-zone layout means you get the standard typing area, a navigation cluster and a full number pad, so spreadsheet and data-entry work is covered. A set of programmable keys lets you map shortcuts or macros, which is unusual at this price point.

Connection is via a 2.4 GHz USB-A receiver rather than Bluetooth, so it suits desktops and laptops with a spare USB-A port. There is no pairing dance — plug in the dongle and it works — but it does occupy a port and is not ideal for tablets or phones.

Reasons to consider

• At ₹641 this is priced like a basic wired keyboard, yet it is wireless, full-size and programmable.
• Previous listings we have tracked sat around ₹754–₹891, so ₹641 is the lowest price we have seen for this exact product.
• Fulfilled by Amazon with the product in stock, which keeps returns and delivery straightforward.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Very low verified price for a wireless full-size keyboard
• Programmable keys and full number pad
• Simple plug-and-play USB-A dongle; no software needed for basic use

Cons

• 2.4 GHz dongle only — no Bluetooth, so it needs a free USB-A port
• The headline "82% off" rests on a claimed ₹3,498 MRP that we could not confirm on the merchant page; the real street price has recently been closer to ₹754–₹891
• Build and key feel at this price are functional rather than premium

Buyer fit

Good for home and office users who want a cheap, reliable wireless keyboard with a number pad and shortcut keys, and whose PC has a USB-A port. Skip it if you need Bluetooth multi-device pairing, backlighting, or a compact layout.

Final verdict

At ₹641, verified in stock on Amazon India, the HP 450 is a strong value buy for anyone needing a full-size wireless keyboard. Treat the advertised 82% discount cautiously — the meaningful comparison is against its recent ~₹754 street price — but even so, this is the cheapest we have seen it. Worth picking up if you need a keyboard now.
