Product overview

The Philips TAT1179WT/94 is an entry-level true wireless earbud pair. The Flipkart listing describes a bud-style headset with dynamic drivers, deep-bass tuning, noise cancellation, fast charging and an on-bud control set covering volume, power, call answer/end and switching between two calls. The retail package includes the earbuds, charging case, USB-C charging cable, three extra pairs of ear tips, a user manual and a warranty card. The set weighs about 42 g and is marketed for music and entertainment use on laptops, mobiles and tablets.

Reasons to consider

• At an advertised ₹799, this is a very low entry price for a branded true wireless pair — the listing shows a 76% cut from the ₹3,299 MRP.
• The page additionally advertises "Buy at ₹759" after applying available offers, which would sharpen the value further.
• Practical extras are included: cash on delivery, 1-year warranty, 7-day brand support and a seller with a 4.4 rating and several years on the platform.

Pros and cons

Pros:

• Branded Philips product at a budget price point
• Feature list covers noise cancellation, fast charging, sweat and water resistance
• Multiple colour/finish options noted (White selected; Silver, White listed)

Cons:

• The 3.3/5 rating across 252 ratings is weak and suggests mixed real-world experiences
• The ₹799 figure is the advertised listing price — structured pricing verification was unavailable, so confirm the checkout amount yourself
• A ₹19 Protect Promise fee is added on top of the listed price

Buyer fit

This suits buyers who want a cheap, branded pair of true wireless earbuds for casual listening and calls and are comfortable with the risk signalled by a below-average user rating. If call quality or durability matter a lot, the rating pattern argues for comparing alternatives in the same budget band before committing.

Final verdict

Worth a look if you need an inexpensive branded TWS pair: the advertised ₹799 Big Billion Days price (₹759 after offers, before the ₹19 fee) is aggressive for a Philips product with this feature list. The weak 3.3 rating is the main reason for caution, and since the selling price could not be independently re-verified, check the live Flipkart page at checkout before paying.
