Product overview

The Thor 306 is positioned as a portable speaker for home gatherings and outdoor parties. Its listing highlights a 42W output, dual-driver design, splash-proof construction, RGB lighting and stereo playback. A wired microphone and karaoke support are advertised in the product information, although the exact included accessories should be checked before ordering.

Reasons to consider

At ₹1,390, this speaker offers a broad feature set for buyers who want party-oriented lighting, multiple input options and a larger sound format than a compact travel speaker. Type-C charging is convenient, while TWS support may be useful if compatible pairing with another unit is important. The one-year manufacturer warranty and Amazon replacement coverage provide some after-sales protection, subject to the stated terms.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Product-bound Amazon pricing is shown at ₹1,390.
• 42W output, RGB lighting and TWS are listed.
• Bluetooth, USB, AUX, TF card and FM playback options are available on paper.
• One-year manufacturer warranty is displayed.

Cons

• Sound quality, bass performance and actual battery life cannot be confirmed from the listing alone.
• Seller, delivery date and availability can vary by location and time.
• The advertised 60 percent saving depends on the displayed M.R.P.; compare current prices before buying.

Buyer fit

This is a reasonable fit for shoppers wanting an inexpensive party speaker with lighting and many playback modes for casual gatherings, karaoke or home use. It is less suitable for buyers seeking tested audiophile sound, guaranteed outdoor durability or a verified six-hour runtime, since those performance claims were not independently demonstrated here.

Final verdict

The E GATE Thor 306 looks like a good value at the currently listed ₹1,390 if you want a feature-heavy party speaker and accept the usual uncertainty around budget-speaker sound quality. Check the seller, delivery terms, included accessories and return or replacement conditions for your location before placing the order.
