Product overview

The Aquasaver ROUVUF2X sits in Aquaguard's Sure Delight line and combines reverse osmosis, UV and UF filtration — a combination aimed at households dealing with mixed or high-TDS water sources. The claimed 9-stage process includes a Mega Sediment pre-filter, and the "Aquasaver" branding refers to the claimed 60% higher water recovery, which matters because conventional RO purifiers waste a significant share of input water. Aquaguard also advertises a 2-year filter life and 2 free cleaning services, which reduce near-term maintenance costs if honoured in your area.

Reasons to consider

• RO + UV + UF together cover dissolved solids, microbes and fine particles — useful where water quality is uncertain.
• The advertised ₹6,420 price is aggressive for a multi-technology purifier from a major brand.
• Higher water recovery means less RO wastage than typical budget units.
• The 2-year filter life claim, if accurate, lowers running costs versus models needing annual cartridge changes.
• Two free cleaning services add after-sale value.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Triple purification (RO + UV + UF) at an advertised budget price
• Claimed ~76% discount on a ₹26,500 MRP
• 6 L storage suits small to medium households
• Service and filter-life claims reduce ownership cost

Cons

• The ₹6,420 price could not be verified on the Flipkart page; it may vary by seller, location or time
• RO purifiers need professional installation and periodic maintenance
• 6 L tank may be small for larger families
• Filter-life and service claims depend on usage and local water quality

Buyer fit

This suits households that need RO-grade purification — typically high-TDS borewell or tanker water — and want a branded unit at an entry-level price. If your municipal water already tests low in TDS, an RO purifier may be unnecessary and a UV/UF-only unit would be cheaper to run. Check that installation and Aquaguard service are available at your pin code before ordering.

Final verdict

At an advertised ₹6,420, the Aquaguard Sure Delight Aquasaver ROUVUF2X is strong value for a branded RO+UV+UF purifier — provided the price shows up on the Flipkart product page when you check. Since we could not confirm the live selling price, open the listing, verify the final price, seller and installation terms, and buy only if it still lands near the advertised figure. Worth considering if you genuinely need RO purification.
