Amazon: Yamaha PSR-F52 61-Key Portable Keyboard at ₹9,590

At a glance

The Yamaha PSR-F52 61-key portable digital keyboard is listed on Amazon.in at ₹9,590, and the merchant's own product page confirms that selling price with the item in stock. An advertised "64% off" accompanies the offer, but Amazon's page did not expose an MRP against which we could verify that percentage, so treat the discount figure as indicative rather than confirmed.

Product overview

The PSR-F52 is Yamaha's entry-level portable keyboard aimed at beginners and music learners. It offers 61 keys, 136 instrument voices, 158 accompaniment styles and built-in speakers, and it ships with a power adapter so it is ready to play out of the box. It sits below the PSR-E series in Yamaha's lineup, trading advanced features like touch response and extensive connectivity for simplicity and a lower price.

Reasons to consider

• ₹9,590 is a confirmed merchant-page price for a Yamaha-branded beginner keyboard, a category where grey-market or lesser-known brands often dominate at this price.
• The included power adapter removes a common hidden cost, since many budget keyboards ship without one.
• The 136 voices and 158 styles give a learner plenty of variety for practice and casual playing.
• Built-in speakers make it a self-contained practice instrument.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Selling price of ₹9,590 verified directly on the Amazon.in product page
• Reputable brand with wide service network in India
• Adapter included; ready to use immediately
• In stock when checked

Cons

• The advertised 64% discount could not be verified because the page did not display an MRP
• No touch-sensitive keys, which limits expressive playing as skills grow
• Basic feature set compared with the PSR-E range
• Optional extended warranty adds ₹525 if you want extra coverage

Buyer fit

This suits first-time learners, children starting lessons, and casual players who want a dependable Yamaha keyboard without spending on the PSR-E series. Players who already know they want touch response, more connectivity, or better key action should look a tier up.

Final verdict

At ₹9,590 the PSR-F52 is a reasonable buy if you need a starter keyboard right now: the price is confirmed on the merchant page and the product fits its beginner brief well. The headline 64% saving is unverified, so judge the deal on the absolute price rather than the percentage. If you can stretch your budget, the PSR-E series offers more room to grow; otherwise this is a sensible pick at this price.
