Amazon: Sony WF-C710NSA ANC Earbuds at ₹6,490 — Advertised ₹2,989 Starting Price Unverified

At a glance

The advertised Sony earbud deal cannot be confirmed at its headline price. Amazon's product page currently verifies the Sony WF-C710NSA at ₹6,490, while the advertised post said Sony earbuds started at ₹2,989. A separate Amazon listing result showed a ₹500 coupon, which would bring the effective price to ₹5,990, but that coupon was not verified on the product-page price extraction.

Quick facts

Product overview

The Sony WF-C710NSA is a pair of true wireless in-ear earbuds with dual noise cancellation, AI-assisted call quality and everyday wireless features. Sony advertises up to 40 hours of battery life without ANC and up to 30 hours with ANC. The Amazon listing observed for the black variant shows a 3.6-star rating from roughly 1,400 reviews, which is respectable but not exceptional for this category.

Reasons to consider

The main appeal is active noise cancellation from a major audio brand at a mid-range street price. The battery claims are strong on paper, and the WF-C710NSA also offers an ambient sound option and Bluetooth connectivity. Amazon's listing indicated free delivery and recent buying activity, so the product appears to be actively sold rather than an obsolete clearance item.

Why consider it

At the verified ₹6,490 — or ₹5,990 if the observed ₹500 coupon applies at checkout — these undercut the ₹12,990 MRP shown on the listing by roughly half. For buyers loyal to Sony's tuning and feature set, that is a meaningful price for ANC earbuds with long rated battery life.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Verified in-stock product page at ₹6,490
• Dual noise cancellation and AI call features
• Long advertised battery life
• ₹500 coupon appeared on the Amazon listing result

Cons

• The advertised ₹2,989 starting price was not confirmed
• Bank-card conditions from the advertisement were not verified
• Average rating is only 3.6 stars
• Coupon availability can vary by account, seller, colour or checkout stage

Buyer fit

This could suit buyers who specifically want Sony ANC earbuds and are comfortable paying around ₹5,990–₹6,490. It is less attractive if you expected the advertised ₹2,989 price, because the verified merchant evidence does not support that figure.

Who should buy it

Shoppers already considering mid-range Sony ANC earbuds, and anyone who can confirm the coupon plus any bank-card discount in their own checkout before paying. Buyers chasing the ₹2,989 headline should treat that figure as unverified advertising, not a confirmed price.

Final verdict

Treat this as a documented lead rather than a confirmed ₹2,989 deal. At the verified ₹6,490 price, the WF-C710NSA may still be worth considering if you want Sony ANC earbuds, but the headline saving appears overstated and the card-linked terms need checkout confirmation.
