Amazon: Solimo Silicone Mobile Phone Cover (Lavender) at ₹40

At a glance

Amazon's in-house Solimo brand silicone mobile phone cover in the Lavender colour is listed at ₹40 on Amazon.in, and the product page confirms that price with the item in stock. At forty rupees this is one of the cheapest branded silicone cases you will find, but which phone model it fits should be checked on the listing before ordering.

Product overview

Solimo is Amazon's own value-focused brand, and this is a simple silicone back cover for a mobile phone in a Lavender finish. Silicone cases like this are soft-touch, flexible shells designed mainly to protect the phone's back and edges from scratches and minor scuffs rather than heavy drops. The listing sits in the Electronics category on Amazon.in and is fulfilled by Amazon, which generally means faster dispatch and easier returns than a marketplace-fulfilled order.

The product page title does not specify an exact phone model in what was observed, so the listing's variant selector or compatibility details should be checked to confirm the case matches your device.

Reasons to consider

• The price is genuinely ₹40. The merchant page itself confirms the selling price, not just an advertised figure.
• Amazon fulfilment. The item ships from Amazon, which usually means reliable delivery and simpler returns.
• Free delivery shown. Even at this low price, the page displays a free delivery option.
• Negligible risk. At ₹40, even if the fit or finish disappoints, the financial downside is tiny.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Extremely low price for an Amazon-brand silicone case
• Sold by Clicktech Retail Private Ltd and fulfilled by Amazon
• In stock at the time checked
• Free delivery option displayed on the page

Cons

• The exact phone model compatibility is not stated in the observed page text — verify it fits your device
• Basic silicone construction: scratch and scuff protection, not rugged drop protection
• Only the Lavender colour is confirmed at this price; other variants may differ
• Priced low enough that shipping thresholds or minimum-order rules could apply at checkout in some cases

Buyer fit

This suits anyone whose phone matches the listing's compatibility and who wants a cheap, soft silicone cover for light everyday protection — a spare case, a temporary cover, or a low-cost colour change. It is not the right pick if you need reinforced corners, raised-edge drop protection, or a case with verified compatibility for a specific premium device.

Final verdict

At a confirmed ₹40 with Amazon fulfilment and the item in stock, this is a low-risk impulse buy if the cover fits your phone. The price has been verified on the merchant page. The one thing to confirm before ordering is the exact phone model the case is made for, since the observed listing text did not spell it out. If it matches your device, there is little reason not to pick it up at this price.
