Product overview

This is Electrolux's UltimateCare 500 front-loader with an 8kg wash capacity, sized for a typical family of four to six. The listed feature set includes AutoSense load adjustment, a full-load Vapour Wash programme, Hygienic Care, Woolmark-certified wool handling and an EcoInverter motor. It carries a 5-star energy rating, which matters on a machine that will run hundreds of cycles a year.

Reasons to consider

• 8kg front-load capacity suits most households without jumping to oversized machines.
• 5-star rating and inverter motor should keep running costs reasonable over the machine's life.
• Woolmark certification is genuinely useful if you wash woollens at home rather than dry-cleaning.
• Amazon fulfilment and scheduled delivery were shown on the page, which simplifies large-appliance logistics.
• If the advertised coupon and SBI card discount apply at checkout, the effective ₹37,240 would be a strong price for this spec.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Verified in-stock price of ₹44,990 on Amazon.in
• Solid spec sheet: Vapour Wash, AutoSense, Woolmark, EcoInverter
• Amazon-shipped with scheduled delivery options shown

Cons

• The headline ₹37,240 figure depends on a coupon and an SBI credit card discount we could not verify on the page
• The card offer excludes buyers without an SBI credit card
• Sold by a third-party seller (Dawntech Electronics), though fulfilled by Amazon
• No verified MRP was captured, so the true discount depth is unclear

Buyer fit

Best for households needing an 8kg front-loader who either hold an SBI credit card (to test the advertised discount stack) or are comfortable paying the confirmed ₹44,990. If you need a washer urgently, the page showed scheduled delivery as soon as the next day in the sampled location — but delivery promises vary by pincode.

Final verdict

₹44,990 is a verified, reasonable price for this Electrolux 8kg 5-star front-loader. The advertised ₹37,240 effective price is attractive if the ₹2,000 coupon and ₹5,750 SBI card discount actually apply — check both on the product page and at checkout before counting on them. Without the card, the deal is still worth considering but less exceptional.
