Quick facts

Product overview

The IdeaPad Slim 3 is Lenovo's mainstream thin-and-light laptop line, and this variant pairs a 13th-generation Intel Core i5-13420H — an H-series chip with stronger sustained performance than the U-series processors common at this size — with 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD. That combination comfortably covers office work, study, browsing, light photo editing and everyday multitasking. The Amazon listing confirms the configuration in the title, and the buy box shows ₹74,889 inclusive of all taxes, with EMI starting at ₹2,633 per month and No Cost EMI options.

Reasons to consider

• Confirmed price: the merchant page itself shows ₹74,889, matching the advertised figure exactly.
• H-series CPU: the i5-13420H outperforms the lower-wattage chips typically found in budget thin-and-lights.
• 16GB RAM out of the box: no immediate upgrade needed for everyday workloads.
• Amazon fulfilment: shipped by Amazon, which generally simplifies delivery and returns.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Price verified on the product page
• Strong CPU class for the price bracket
• In stock with a stated delivery window
• No Cost EMI available

Cons

• The ₹1,80,493 'bundle list price' is an unusually high reference figure, so the headline ~59% saving likely overstates the real-world discount
• Display panel quality, battery size and weight are not confirmed in the evidence we collected
• Seller is a third party (Clicktech Retail), though fulfilment is by Amazon

Buyer fit

This suits buyers wanting a capable everyday laptop with headroom for heavier multitasking, and anyone specifically shopping the IdeaPad Slim 3 line. Buyers who prioritise screen quality, dedicated graphics, or confirmed weight and battery specs should check the full spec sheet before ordering, since those details were not verified here.

Final verdict

The ₹74,889 price is real and confirmed on Amazon's product page — treat that as solid. Treat the '~59% off ₹1,80,493' framing with scepticism: reference prices of that size are rarely what competing units actually sell for. Judge it against similarly specced i5-H laptops in the same broad price band; if it undercuts them, it's a reasonable buy, otherwise it's an ordinary listing rather than a standout deal.
