Product overview

The Vigor R7 is an entry-level wired mouse aimed at casual gaming and everyday desktop use. It connects over USB with a PVC cable, offers a 1200 DPI optical sensor, three buttons including a clickable scroll wheel, and comes in a black-and-red finish. GEONIX backs it with a 1-year warranty. At ₹129 it sits firmly in the budget tier — the 1200 DPI sensor and three-button layout are fine for browsing, office work and light gaming, but there is no DPI switching, no extra programmable buttons and no braided cable.

Reasons to consider

• Very low price: ₹129 is about as cheap as a new wired mouse gets, verified on the Amazon product page.
• In stock now: The listing shows the item available, not a waitlist or third-party markup.
• 1-year warranty: Useful safety net at this price point.
• Plug-and-play simplicity: Three buttons and a standard USB wired connection suit users who want a no-fuss spare or travel mouse.

Pros and cons

Pros

• ₹129 selling price confirmed on the Amazon listing
• Lightweight, simple wired design — no battery or charging needed
• 1-year manufacturer warranty
• Adequate 1200 DPI for everyday tasks and light gaming

Cons

• Only 3 buttons — no side buttons or DPI switch
• Basic PVC cable, not braided
• Not suitable for competitive gaming or users needing higher DPI
• Advertised MRP of ₹499 could not be independently confirmed on the product page

Buyer fit

This suits buyers wanting the cheapest functional wired mouse — students, office users, or anyone needing a backup mouse. Serious gamers should look at mice with adjustable DPI and extra buttons instead.

Final verdict

At a verified ₹129 on Amazon India, the GEONIX Vigor R7 is worth buying if you need a simple, inexpensive wired mouse. The advertised 74% off figure rests on an MRP we could not confirm, but even without the discount framing, ₹129 for a warranted, in-stock wired mouse is a fair deal.
