At a glance

Amazon India is listing the EVEREADY 9W LED bulb — cool day light (6500K) with a standard B22 pin base — at ₹89 for a pack of 2. That works out to roughly ₹44.50 per bulb. The merchant page confirms the ₹89 price and shows the item in stock, sold by ETrade Online and fulfilled by Amazon, though a minimum order quantity of 2 units applies.

Quick facts

Product overview

This is Eveready's basic 9-watt LED bulb in a cool day light colour temperature of 6500K, which produces a bright, bluish-white light suited to workspaces, kitchens and general home lighting. It uses the common B22 pin-type base that fits most Indian light fixtures. The listing highlights energy efficiency, 4kV surge protection — useful during voltage fluctuations — and a claimed long operating life. This offer is for a pack of 2, and the Amazon page enforces a minimum purchase of 2 units for this seller's price.

Why consider it

• At about ₹44.50 per bulb, this is a very low per-unit price for a branded 9W LED.
• Eveready is an established Indian lighting brand, which reduces the risk of poorly built no-name bulbs.
• The 6500K cool day light output is good for task lighting where brightness matters.
• Amazon fulfilment means straightforward delivery and returns handling.
• 4kV surge protection is a practical extra in areas with unstable mains supply.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Verified ₹89 price on the merchant page for the pack of 2.
• In stock with free delivery shown.
• Recognisable brand and standard B22 fitting.
• Low entry cost to stock up on spare bulbs.

Cons

• Minimum order quantity of 2 units — you cannot buy a single unit alone at this price.
• Cool 6500K light is too harsh for bedrooms or relaxed spaces; warmer tones suit those better.
• The listing is a limited-period festive offer, so the price may move without notice.
• No hands-on testing is available, so real-world brightness and longevity are unverified claims.

Who should buy it

This suits anyone who needs cheap, bright general-purpose bulbs for everyday fixtures — renters, homeowners stocking spares, or anyone replacing older CFLs. It is less suited to buyers who want warm-white ambience lighting, smart bulbs, or dimmable fittings, as none of those features are claimed on this page.

Final verdict

The merchant page confirms the advertised ₹89 for the EVEREADY 9W LED bulb pack of 2, making it a verified deal at roughly ₹44.50 per bulb. If you need basic, bright bulbs and do not mind the 2-unit minimum, this is an easy buy at a fair price. Buy sooner rather than later if you want it, since festive-offer pricing can lapse.
