Product overview

The E GATE Atom S24 is a budget portable Bluetooth speaker aimed at casual, desk and bedside listening. Its distinguishing feature is an integrated phone stand, so it doubles as a dock for watching videos or taking calls. Beyond Bluetooth 5.2 streaming, it supports TWS pairing (linking two units for stereo), FM radio, and playback from USB drives or microSD cards — useful where streaming is not practical. The 8W output and 52mm driver are typical for this price class; expect adequate volume for a small room rather than party-level sound. The claimed playtime of up to 15 hours will vary with volume and input source.

Reasons to consider

• ₹399 is a low entry price for a multi-source speaker — Bluetooth, FM, USB and microSD in one unit.
• The phone-stand design adds practical value for desk use and video watching.
• TWS pairing gives an upgrade path if you later want stereo separation with a second unit.
• It is sold by Clicktech Retail Private Ltd and Amazon fulfilled, which simplifies delivery and returns.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Confirmed ₹399 selling price; in stock at the time of checking
• Multiple playback sources: Bluetooth 5.2, FM radio, USB, microSD
• TWS pairing support for two-speaker stereo
• Built-in phone stand
• Manufacturer-claimed battery life of up to 15 hours

Cons

• The advertised 67% discount could not be verified — no live MRP was visible on the page
• 8W output limits it to personal or small-room listening
• Brand after-sales support for budget audio can be inconsistent
• Playtime figures are manufacturer claims, not tested

Buyer fit

This suits buyers wanting an inexpensive speaker for a desk, kitchen or bedside table — especially anyone who will use the phone stand, FM radio or offline USB/microSD playback. It is a reasonable pick for students, secondary rooms or as a spare speaker. Buyers after strong bass, high volume for gatherings, or premium build quality should look higher up the price ladder.

Final verdict

At ₹399 — a price confirmed on the Amazon product page — the E GATE Atom S24 is an easy, low-risk buy if you need a compact multi-source speaker with a phone stand. Ignore the unverified 67%-off framing and judge it on the ₹399 price itself, which is fair for the feature set on offer. If you do not need FM or card playback, comparable budget speakers exist at similar prices, but at this figure there is little to lose.
