Amazon: Crompton Energion Hyperjet Smart 1200mm BLDC Ceiling Fan at ₹2,399 (58% Off Claimed)

At a glance

The Crompton Energion Hyperjet Smart 1200mm BLDC ceiling fan is listed on Amazon.in at ₹2,399 in the Light Pinewood finish. The Amazon product page confirms the ₹2,399 selling price and shows the fan as in stock with free delivery. A "58% off" figure was advertised alongside this listing, but the page we could read did not show an explicit MRP, so treat the discount percentage as unverified. The listed price itself is confirmed by the merchant page.

Quick facts

Product overview

This is a smart BLDC ceiling fan from Crompton's Energion range. BLDC motors consume significantly less power than conventional induction-motor fans — typically around half — which is where the BEE 5 Star rating matters for running costs. The Hyperjet name refers to its high air delivery focus. Smart connectivity covers app control over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, a bundled remote, and voice control through Alexa and Google Assistant, so it suits rooms where you want scheduling and hands-free control rather than a wall regulator.

Reasons to consider

• ₹2,399 is a competitive price for a branded, smart-enabled BLDC fan; comparable BLDC models frequently sell higher.
• BEE 5 Star rating plus BLDC motor means lower electricity bills over years of daily use.
• Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/app/voice control removes the need for a separate smart regulator.
• 2 year manufacturer warranty from an established Indian fan brand.
• Listing shows Amazon fulfilled, which generally means smoother delivery and returns.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Confirmed ₹2,399 selling price on the merchant page
• BLDC efficiency and 5 Star rating
• Full smart control suite including Alexa and Google
• In stock at check time

Cons

• The advertised 58% discount could not be verified — no MRP was visible on the readable page
• Light Pinewood finish may not suit every decor
• Smart features depend on a stable Wi-Fi network
• Extended damage protection is offered as a paid add-on, not included

Buyer fit

Good fit for households upgrading from standard fans to a smart, energy-efficient BLDC model at a budget price point — especially bedrooms and living rooms where remote/voice control is genuinely useful. Less compelling if you already run BLDC fans or don't need smart features, in which case cheaper non-smart BLDC fans exist.

Final verdict

At ₹2,399 confirmed on Amazon.in, this is a strong price for a 5 Star smart BLDC fan from Crompton and worth buying if you need one. Don't anchor on the advertised 58% off figure — judge it against the ₹2,399 price itself, which is the part the merchant page confirms. Check the seller rating and delivery date at checkout before ordering.
