Product overview

The Sony MHC-V73D is a tall one-box party speaker designed to fill a room with omni-directional sound, backed by Sony's Jet Bass Booster for low-end punch. It adds an omni-directional party light for atmosphere, plus karaoke and guitar input support, making it aimed at house parties and gatherings rather than critical listening. On Amazon India it is listed in black and sold by Clicktech Retail Private Ltd with Amazon fulfilment.

Reasons to consider

• Genuine Sony party-speaker hardware with omni-directional sound and lighting
• Karaoke and guitar input make it more versatile than a standard Bluetooth speaker
• In stock and Amazon-fulfilled, which simplifies delivery and returns
• Even the confirmed ₹32,989 is well under the claimed ₹53,990 MRP

Pros and cons

Pros

• Big, room-filling sound with boosted bass for parties
• Built-in lighting removes the need for separate party lights
• Karaoke/guitar input adds entertainment value
• Sold by a named retail seller with Amazon fulfilment

Cons

• The advertised ₹26,239 price was not visible on the Amazon page at check time; the current price is ₹32,989
• Large single-box speaker is not portable in the pocketable sense
• MRP of ₹53,990 is a claimed reference price, not an observed selling price

Buyer fit

This suits buyers who want a loud, feature-rich party speaker for home gatherings, karaoke nights or small events, and who were already considering a Sony MHC-series unit. It is a poor fit for anyone wanting a compact travel speaker or the deepest possible discount — if the advertised ₹26,239 price matters to you, verify the checkout price before ordering since the listing currently shows a higher figure.

Final verdict

A solid, well-known party speaker currently in stock on Amazon India. The advertised ₹26,239 deal price could not be confirmed — Amazon shows ₹32,989 — so treat this as a documented lead: the speaker is worth buying around ₹33,000 if you need it, but check the live price and any bank offers at checkout before committing.
