Product overview

The Sleepyhead Original is Duroflex's bed-in-a-box memory foam mattress. It combines three layers — a soft foam top, a BodyIQ orthopedic memory foam layer that adapts to body weight and sleeping position, and a high-resilience support base. Duroflex claims zero motion transfer (so a partner's movement shouldn't disturb you), a breathable, abrasion- and pilling-resistant outer cover, and vacuum roll-packing for easy setup. It carries a 10-year warranty and a 100-night trial. This listing is the medium-firm, 5-inch single variant — one of the thinner, more affordable options in the range.

Reasons to consider

• Well-known Indian mattress brand (Duroflex) selling directly through Amazon fulfilment.
• Medium-firm memory foam with orthopedic positioning suits back and side sleepers who want contouring support.
• 100-night trial reduces the risk of buying a mattress online.
• 10-year warranty is generous at this price point.
• Advertised price under ₹5,000 is low for a branded memory foam mattress; an SBI credit card offer could push it lower still.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Branded product sold by DUROFLEX and fulfilled by Amazon
• 3-layer construction with orthopedic memory foam
• Zero motion transfer claim — good for shared beds
• 100-night trial and 10-year warranty
• Advertised 59% discount off MRP

Cons

• Only 5 inches thick — thinner than the 6–8 inch mattresses many adults prefer
• Single size (72x36) suits one person or a child/guest bed
• The extra card discount requires an SBI credit card — not available to everyone
• We could not independently confirm the live selling price on Amazon at publish time

Buyer fit

Best for single sleepers, kids' rooms, guest beds, or hostels where a slim, branded memory foam mattress at a low price matters more than thickness. If you want a plusher or thicker mattress, look at the 6- or 8-inch versions. The SBI credit card discount only applies if you hold that card — non-SBI buyers should budget for the advertised ₹4,794 price.

Final verdict

If you need a single-size mattress, this is a strong advertised price for a Duroflex-designed memory foam bed with a 100-night trial and 10-year warranty. Confirm the live price on the Amazon product page before checkout — we verified the product, seller and stock status, but treat ₹4,794 and the 59% discount as advertised figures until you see them on Amazon itself. SBI cardholders may see an additional card discount.
