Samsung Galaxy 45W Travel Adaptor (Without Cable), Black at ₹881.99 on Amazon India

At a glance

Samsung's official 45W Galaxy Travel Adaptor — the wall-charger head only, with no cable in the box — is listed at ₹881.99 on Amazon India in black. The price was confirmed on the merchant's product page at the time of writing, and the item shows as in stock. A caveat up front: this same adaptor has been seen lower recently (around ₹844–₹959 in the past month), so ₹881.99 is a decent but not record-low price.

Product overview

This is Samsung's 45W super-fast-charging wall adaptor, designed primarily for recent Galaxy flagships — the S-series Ultra and Plus models, Galaxy Z foldables, and other devices that accept USB Power Delivery with PPS at up to 45W. Because this variant ships without a cable, you will need your own USB-C to USB-C cable that supports 3A or 5A current to get the full 45W rate. Pairing it with a weaker cable or a phone capped at 25W will limit charging speed accordingly.

Reasons to consider

• It is Samsung's own first-party adaptor, which matters for PPS-based super fast charging — many third-party 45W+ chargers do not hit Samsung's peak rate reliably.
• ₹881.99 is well below the charger's launch-era MRP, which has been quoted around ₹3,499.
• Amazon shows it in stock with standard delivery options, so there is no wait or coupon choreography involved.

Pros and cons

Pros:

• Genuine Samsung 45W adaptor, verified price on the product page
• Useful for Galaxy phones that support 45W charging
• In stock with free delivery shown

Cons:

• No cable in the box — add that cost if you do not already own a capable USB-C cable
• Not the lowest recent price; it has been seen around ₹844–₹848 in recent weeks
• Overkill for phones that max out at 25W or lower

Buyer fit

This makes sense for Galaxy S Ultra/Plus, Z Fold/Flip, and compatible tablet owners who need a genuine 45W brick and already have (or will buy separately) a proper USB-C cable. It is a weaker fit for anyone whose phone cannot use 45W, or for buyers hoping for an all-in-one bundle — the cable-free box is the main catch.

Final verdict

At ₹881.99, this is a fair, verified price for a genuine Samsung 45W adaptor — not the absolute floor it has touched recently, but close enough that waiting for a deeper dip is a gamble. If you need a 45W-capable Samsung brick now, buy it; just remember to budget for a cable if you do not have one.
