Quick facts

Product overview

The realme 15X 5G is a mid-range smartphone positioned around battery life and display smoothness. Headline specifications include a 6.8-inch screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, a large 7,000mAh battery with 60W fast charging, MediaTek's Dimensity 6300 6nm octa-core processor, and a dual 50MP + 50MP AI camera setup. The phone also carries an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance, which is uncommon at this price point.

Amazon's listing shows the unit is sold by Realme INDIA and ships from Amazon. The page noted only one unit left in stock at the time checked, with free delivery offered.

Reasons to consider

• The 7,000mAh battery is unusually large for this segment and suits heavy daily use.
• A 144Hz display at this price is rare; most rivals ship 90Hz or 120Hz panels.
• 60W fast charging meaningfully reduces downtime for such a big battery.
• IP69 ingress protection is a genuine durability advantage for Indian conditions.
• The advertised ₹5,200 discount off MRP makes the effective price competitive against other Dimensity 6300 phones.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Very large battery plus fast charging
• Smooth 144Hz large display
• Strong IP69 durability rating
• Sold by the brand's official India seller on Amazon

Cons

• The ₹26,799 price could not be independently verified against a bound pricing record — treat it as the listed/advertised figure and confirm at checkout
• Limited stock noted on the Amazon page (only one left at time checked)
• Dimensity 6300 is an entry-level 5G chip; heavy gamers may want more
• MRP-based savings can overstate the real-world discount if the street price is usually lower

Buyer fit

This suits buyers wanting a long-battery-life 5G phone for everyday use — streaming, social media, calls and light gaming — without paying flagship prices. Power users wanting top-tier gaming performance or extended software support should compare alternatives. Confirm the final price on the Amazon product page before buying, since the discount is advertised rather than independently verified.

Final verdict

A solid value proposition if the listed ₹26,799 price holds at checkout: big battery, fast charging, smooth display and rugged build from the official Realme seller. Because pricing was not formally verified and stock appears thin, check the live listing before ordering. Worth buying if you need a battery-first phone in this price bracket.
