Product overview

This is a foaming face wash from Olay's Luminous range, formulated with glycerin and positioned for normal, oily, dry and combination skin types. It's marketed for brightening and evening out skin tone — an everyday-use cleanser rather than a treatment product. The 100g pack is Olay's standard trial/regular size for this line.

Reasons to consider

At ₹179, this sits in the affordable range for a branded foaming cleanser from a recognised skincare name. The listing shows free delivery and current in-stock status, so there's no availability friction for buyers wanting to order now. A Subscribe & Save option is also shown on the page for repeat buyers, though that pricing varies and isn't the headline offer here.

Pros and cons

Pros: price matches what was advertised, product is in stock, reputable brand, suitable for multiple skin types. Cons: this is a single face wash, not a bundle or steep discount — no MRP or percentage-off was found on the page, so it's unclear whether ₹179 represents a discount from a higher list price or is simply the standard price point.

Buyer fit

Good for shoppers who already use or want to try Olay's foaming cleanser line and need a reasonably priced top-up. Not a deal to chase purely for savings, since no verified discount percentage was confirmed — treat it as a fair, confirmed price rather than a markdown event.

Final verdict

The ₹179 price advertised in the deal post matches what Amazon's product page currently shows, so this is a verified, in-stock listing rather than a stale or inflated claim. It's a reasonable everyday purchase for someone already wanting this specific cleanser, but not a standout bargain given the absence of any confirmed MRP or discount.
