At a glance

Product overview

The Milton Ernesto Jr. set is a three-piece insulated casserole set aimed at keeping rotis, rice and curries warm at the table. The nested capacities (420 ml, 850 ml and 1430 ml) cover side dishes through family-size mains. Milton is a long-established Indian thermoware brand, and this line carries a 4.1 rating from a very large ratings base on Flipkart.

Reasons to consider

• Three useful capacities in one pack rather than buying casseroles individually.
• Well-known brand with a substantial ratings history on the listing.
• Even the higher observed Flipkart price (₹879) is far below the stated ₹2,999 MRP, and comparable 3-piece Milton sets on the same page list around ₹560–₹860.
• The page references an offers-adjusted price of ₹675, which may improve further with eligible bank or coupon offers.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Versatile 3-size insulated set from a recognised thermoware brand.
• Strong advertised discount and a competitive effective price even at the higher observed listing.
• Large ratings base (4.1/5, ~85k ratings) gives more signal than a new listing.

Cons

• The advertised ₹562 was not the price Flipkart showed when checked; the observed selling price was ₹879 (₹675 with offers).
• Effective prices on Flipkart often depend on bank/card offers, so the lowest figure may not apply to everyone.
• MRP discounts on marketplace listings can be inflated; judge value against the ~₹560–₹880 range, not 81% off alone.

Buyer fit

Good fit if you need a table-serving casserole set for daily rotis, rice or dals and are flexible on the exact checkout price. Less compelling if you were buying purely because of the ₹562 headline — that specific figure was not confirmed on the product page at check time.

Final verdict

A sensible buy in the ₹560–₹880 band for a branded 3-piece casserole set, but verify the price in your Flipkart cart (including any offer-adjusted price) before ordering, since the advertised ₹562 was not matched by the live listing we saw.
