Quick facts

Product overview

The LONGWAY Gusto is a compact 150 mm exhaust fan aimed at bathrooms, kitchens and small offices. The listing highlights a 2300 RPM motor running at roughly 22 watts on 220–240V, a rust-proof plastic body and blades, and a cut-out size of 150 mm. Amazon's page describes it as energy efficient with noiseless operation, easy cleaning, and a 2-year warranty.

Reasons to consider

• The ₹547 selling price was confirmed directly on the Amazon product page, not just in the advertised deal.
• For a branded 6-inch exhaust fan with a stated 2-year warranty, ₹547 is a low entry price.
• Energy-efficient 22W motor claim suits always-on ventilation use cases like bathrooms.
• Rust-proof plastic construction is practical for humid environments.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Verified ₹547 price on Amazon with the item in stock
• Claimed 72% off the advertised MRP of ₹1,979
• 2-year warranty stated on the listing
• Compact 150 mm size suits small spaces

Cons

• The ₹1,979 MRP is the advertised reference price; real-world street pricing is often lower, so the effective saving may be smaller than 72%.
• Budget exhaust fans in this range typically trade off airflow and noise; "noiseless" is a marketing claim, not a measured figure.
• Installation may still require cutting/fitting into a 150 mm opening.

Buyer fit

This suits buyers who need an inexpensive 6-inch exhaust fan for a bathroom, kitchen or small office and are comfortable with a budget brand. If you need a larger 8–12 inch fan, premium bearings, or verified low-noise ratings, look higher up the range.

Final verdict

At ₹547 with the price confirmed on Amazon, the LONGWAY Gusto 6-inch exhaust fan is a reasonable budget buy for basic ventilation needs. Treat the 72%-off-MRP figure as an advertised ceiling rather than a guaranteed saving, but the absolute price is low enough that it's worth considering if the size fits your cut-out.
