• Low per-piece cost: At about ₹19.15 per diaper, this is on the affordable end for pull-up style adult diapers in India.
• In stock and fulfilled by Amazon: The item ships from Amazon with free delivery, which reduces fulfilment risk versus third-party-only sellers.
• Feature set for daily use: Claimed leak guards, a slim absorbent core and a pant-style fit cover the basics most buyers look for in this category.
• Bulk pack: 20 pieces is a reasonable trial-to-regular-use quantity without committing to a large monthly pack.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Around ₹19.15 per piece — strong value for a pant-style diaper
• Leak cuffs and gel absorbent core advertised
• Sold by a listed third-party seller but shipped from Amazon
• In stock with free delivery

Cons

• Only the Medium size at this listing — waist sizes outside 61–115 cm won't be covered
• The 62% discount is against a stated MRP of ₹1,000, which may be a reference price rather than a typical selling price
• Comfort and absorbency are product claims; real-world performance should be judged from buyer reviews

Buyer fit

This suits caregivers or adults needing an affordable pull-up diaper in Medium for daily or overnight use, particularly buyers who want to try a budget line without buying a very large pack. If you need a different size or a premium tier with wetness indicators and heavier absorbency, compare alternatives before ordering.

Final verdict

At ₹383 for 20 pieces on Amazon India — roughly ₹19.15 per diaper — this is a solid value buy for anyone who needs Medium-size pant-style adult diapers. The price is confirmed on the product page and the item is in stock with free delivery. Treat the 62%-off-MRP figure as a headline number rather than a guaranteed saving, but the absolute price is low enough that it's worth buying if the size fits your need.
