Quick facts

Product overview

KAESPA is a sports equipment brand producing entry-level volleyballs and other sporting goods sold in India. This model is a PVC Ribbed Toy Volleyball in Size 4, which is a youth or junior size — smaller than the adult Size 5 used in competitive play. The ribbed PVC construction is typical of recreational and training volleyballs at this price tier: durable enough for casual outdoor play but not intended for organised competition. At an advertised ₹198, it sits firmly in the budget recreational segment.

Size 4 volleyballs are generally suited for younger players (roughly ages 8–12) or for casual indoor and outdoor recreational use. PVC material holds up reasonably well outdoors compared to rubber but will not match the feel of leather or composite balls used in club sport.

Reasons to consider

• Very low entry price: At ₹198 advertised, this is among the most affordable Size 4 volleyballs available online in India, making it accessible for gifting, school play, or casual backyard games.
• 67% claimed discount: If the price holds at checkout, the saving relative to the ₹599 MRP is substantial for a budget sports purchase.
• No coupon or bank offer required: The advertised price appears to be a direct selling price with no payment method condition or coupon code mentioned.
• Single-unit purchase: Straightforward Pack of 1 — no minimum quantity requirement mentioned.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Advertised price of ₹198 is very budget-friendly for a volleyball
• Size 4 is appropriate for younger or recreational players
• PVC construction offers reasonable outdoor durability
• Sold on Flipkart, a major Indian retailer with return and refund infrastructure

Cons

• Merchant page was inaccessible during research — price and stock are unverified
• PVC toy-grade volleyball is not suitable for competitive or club-level play
• KAESPA is a value-tier brand; build quality and inflation retention may be limited
• No product specifications confirmed from the merchant page (bladder type, panel count, weight)

Buyer fit

This deal is best suited for parents buying a casual play ball for children, school or community organisers needing low-cost equipment, or anyone wanting a spare ball for recreational backyard volleyball. It is not appropriate for competitive players, club training, or anyone expecting professional-grade materials. If the ₹198 price is confirmed at checkout, the value proposition for casual use is strong. Verify the price on Flipkart before completing the purchase, as the merchant page was unavailable during research.

Final verdict

At ₹198 advertised — if confirmed at checkout — this KAESPA Size 4 PVC Volleyball represents reasonable value for casual and recreational use. The 67% claimed discount off a ₹599 MRP is meaningful even accounting for the fact that ₹599 is a manufacturer list price. The main risk is that the merchant page was inaccessible at research time, so verify the current price and availability on Flipkart before buying. If the price holds, it is a sensible low-risk buy for light recreational play.
