Flipkart: Wipro 50W B22 LED Bulb Pack of 2 Listed at ₹399, Advertised Around ₹383

At a glance

Wipro's 50 W B22 LED bulb in a pack of two is listed on Flipkart with an advertised price around ₹383–₹399 against a claimed MRP of ₹2,380 — a headline discount of roughly 83%. The Flipkart page loads and confirms the exact product and variant, but the selling price could not be confirmed through verified product pricing data, so treat the numbers as advertised rather than confirmed.

Product overview

This is Wipro's high-wattage B22 LED bulb sold as a white twin pack. A 50 W-equivalent LED in a standard B22 bayonet fitting is intended for large rooms, halls, shops or outdoor covered areas where a regular 9–14 W bulb feels dim. The Flipkart listing shows the product clearly, with selectable pack sizes and power options, plus a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

The offer advertised this pack at about ₹383. The Flipkart page itself displays ₹399 for the pack of two, with a "Buy at ₹379" line when bank/card or other offers are applied, and claims an 83% discount against a ₹2,380 MRP. The advertised ₹383 and the page's ₹399 are close but not identical — the merchant's displayed number takes precedence, and neither could be verified against structured product pricing data.

Reasons to consider

• Even at the higher ₹399 figure, roughly ₹200 per bulb is competitive for a 50 W class LED from a major brand.
• Wipro is an established lighting brand in India with wide service reach.
• A 4.3 rating across about 3,120 ratings suggests a well-reviewed listing.
• 12-month warranty and 7-day returns reduce purchase risk.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Strong per-bulb value for a high-wattage LED at the listed price
• Trusted brand with warranty and return cover
• Pack of two covers two fittings in one order

Cons

• The selling price could not be fully verified; the advertised ₹383 and the displayed ₹399 differ slightly
• The ₹2,380 MRP looks inflated, so the "83% off" headline overstates the real-world saving
• No cash on delivery; offers-based ₹379 price depends on eligible payment methods
• Seller is a marketplace seller (SuperComNet), not Flipkart retail directly

Buyer fit

Best for buyers who need genuinely bright lighting — large living rooms, garages, balconies or small shops — rather than standard 9 W household bulbs. If you only need normal room lighting, a lower-wattage pack will cost less and draw less power. Buyers relying on cash on delivery should note it is unavailable on this listing.

Final verdict

A solid lead if the listed price holds at checkout: around ₹200 per bulb for a Wipro 50 W LED is a good rate, and reviews, warranty and returns are all in place. Because the exact price could not be verified and the advertised figure differs slightly from the page, check the final payable amount (and whether the ₹379 offers price applies to your payment method) before ordering. Treat the 83%-off banner as marketing against a high MRP rather than a true saving.
