Flipkart: Safari KEPLAR 55 Small Cabin Suitcase (55 cm, 8 Wheels) advertised at ₹1,499

At a glance

A Safari KEPLAR 55 small cabin suitcase — 55 cm, 8 wheels, black — is advertised on Flipkart at ₹1,499, described as roughly 80% off. Important caveat: the Flipkart product page could not be loaded at the time of checking (the site returned an error), so the live selling price, stock status and seller details are unconfirmed. Treat ₹1,499 as an advertised price, not a verified one.

Product overview

The KEPLAR 55 is a small cabin-sized suitcase from Safari, an established Indian luggage brand. A 55 cm case is typically within most domestic airlines' cabin baggage limits, and the eight-wheel configuration points to a spinner design that rolls upright in either direction. Cabin-sized cases in this class are generally aimed at short trips where you want to avoid checked baggage.

Reasons to consider

• ₹1,499 is a low advertised price for a branded cabin suitcase, especially with an ~80% off claim behind it.
• Safari is a mainstream Indian luggage brand with wide availability.
• If the discount is live, this would be clearance-style pricing on a recognisable brand.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Very aggressive advertised price for a branded cabin case
• Compact 55 cm size suits carry-on travel
• 8-wheel spinner layout is easy to manoeuvre

Cons

• Price could not be verified on the merchant page — it may have changed or sold out
• The tracking redirect was failing at check time, which sometimes indicates an expired or pulled offer
• Small cabin cases limit packing capacity for longer trips

Buyer fit

Worth a look for budget travellers, students, and anyone needing a cheap carry-on for short trips — provided the Flipkart listing still shows a comparable price when you open it. If you need a larger check-in bag, this size won't suit you.

Final verdict

Potentially a strong deal if the ₹1,499 price is live, but we could not confirm it on Flipkart's page. Open the listing, check the current price, seller rating and stock before buying — if it's anywhere near the advertised figure, it's likely good value for a Safari cabin case.
