Flipkart: Parachute Advansed Rosemary Coconut Enriched Hair Oil 550ml Listed at ₹249

At a glance

Parachute Advansed Rosemary Coconut Enriched Hair Oil in the large 550 ml bottle is listed on Flipkart at an advertised ₹249, with the page indicating a marked-down price against a higher MRP and an even lower effective price (around ₹198) after applying eligible offers. The listing is live and readable, but Flipkart's structured pricing could not be machine-verified at the time of checking, so treat the ₹249 figure as advertised rather than independently confirmed.

Product overview

This is Marico's Parachute Advansed hair oil blending coconut oil with rosemary essential oil, positioned for hair growth and strengthening. The Flipkart listing confirms a 550 ml bottle, suitable for all hair types, marketed primarily at women, with a claimed shelf life of 1,095 days. The brand claims longer-looking, thicker hair thanks to the rosemary-coconut combination — note this is the manufacturer's marketing language, not an independently tested result. The oil is not organic, not sulfate-free certified, and requires no prescription.

Reasons to consider

• The 550 ml size is the large family pack, so ₹249 (if honoured at checkout) is competitive for a branded rosemary-coconut blend.
• Rosemary-infused hair oils are trending, and Parachute is a widely stocked, recognisable brand.
• Cash on Delivery and Flipkart Assured reduce checkout risk.
• The page hints at an effective price near ₹198 after offers, which would make this notably cheap for the size.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Large 550 ml quantity at a low advertised price
• Established brand with wide availability
• COD available; delivery estimate shown on the page
• Seller has a multi-year track record on Flipkart

Cons

• Structured price data could not be verified; the ₹249 figure is advertised, and the final price may vary by location, seller, or applied offers
• No-return policy on this listing — only 24-hour cancellation
• Seller is a third-party marketplace seller, not Flipkart Retail
• The "buy at ₹198" figure depends on offers whose terms aren't fully visible

Buyer fit

Good fit for regular hair-oil users who already like coconut-based oils and want to try a rosemary variant in bulk without spending much. Less ideal if you need a return option, want certified organic ingredients, or prefer buying only from first-party retail sellers.

Final verdict

If the ₹249 price holds at your checkout, this is a solid value buy on a mainstream 550 ml hair oil — roughly a third of typical MRP territory. Because the merchant page's price couldn't be independently verified and there's a no-return policy, confirm the final payable amount and seller name before placing the order. Worth picking up if you were already in the market for a rosemary-coconut hair oil.
