At a glance

Flipkart's product page for the Magnum by Safari Hard Body Set of 3 Luggage (LIFT 55/66/75, 8 wheels, FLINTSTONE grey) shows a listed price of ₹3,699 against a stated MRP of ₹29,382 — about 87% off — with an advertised "Buy at ₹2,959" effective price after bank offers. A deal alert advertised the set at ₹2,996 with ₹703 off via credit card, which is close to but not identical to what the page displays. Product overview

This is a three-piece hard-shell trolley luggage set under Safari's Magnum line, covering cabin (55 cm), medium (66 cm) and large (75 cm) sizes, each on 8 spinner wheels. A nested set like this covers most travel scenarios for a couple or family — cabin bag for short trips, large case for longer stays. The page carries a BESTSELLER tag and a 4.3 rating across 289 ratings.

Reasons to consider

• Three hard-shell suitcases at an effective sub-₹3,000 price is aggressive pricing for the category.
• The advertised credit-card/bank discount (₹703–₹740 off) brings the effective cost near ₹2,959–₹2,996 if your card qualifies.
• Flipkart Assured fulfilment, 7-day returns and cash on delivery reduce purchase risk.
• Comparable sets on the same page (ALFA by VIP, Safari Eclipse Neo) are priced in a similar band, so this is a competitive market rate rather than a lone outlier.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Roughly 87% off the stated MRP, which is unusually deep for a branded 3-piece set
• Three sizes in one purchase
• Seller history and platform protections are reasonable

Cons

• The exact card offer is not confirmed — the deal alert says ₹703 off via credit card while the page advertises "up to" ₹740 in bank offers, and eligibility depends on your bank/card
• Budget hard-shell sets typically compromise on shell thickness and wheel durability versus premium luggage
• The ₹2,959/₹2,996 figure is an effective price after offers, not the checkout price for every buyer

Buyer fit

Good fit for budget travellers, students, or families wanting a full nested set for occasional trips. If you fly frequently or check bags often, a sturdier single suitcase may outlast an ultra-budget set. Only count on the sub-₹3,000 effective price if your specific credit card qualifies for the bank offer shown at checkout.

Final verdict

Worth considering if you need luggage now and your card is eligible for the bank discount. The listed ₹3,699 price on the page is already reasonable for a 3-piece set; the advertised effective price near ₹2,959 makes it a strong value, but verify the exact offer and final amount on the checkout page before buying, since the merchant-confirmed price could not be fully verified.
