At a glance

An LG 2026-model 1.42-ton 5-star smart inverter split air conditioner (model AS-Q19YNZE2) is being advertised at ₹43,490, described as 52% off. The advertised link resolves to a Flipkart product page for this exact model, which is a good sign — but Flipkart's page would not load during our checks, so we could not confirm the live selling price, stock, or any bank offer. Product overview

This is LG's 2026-series split air conditioner rated at 1.42 tons with a 5-star BEE energy rating and inverter compressor technology, listed under model number AS-Q19YNZE2 in white. A 5-star inverter AC in this capacity typically suits medium-sized rooms and offers meaningfully lower running costs than lower-rated alternatives. LG's smart inverter range generally includes features like convertible cooling modes and app or Wi-Fi control, though the exact feature set for this model year should be confirmed on the product page itself.

Reasons to consider

• A 1.4–1.5 ton 5-star inverter AC from LG at an advertised ₹43,490 would be competitive for this class of appliance.
• The advertised link resolves to a genuine Flipkart product page for the named model, so the offer points at a real product rather than a generic landing page.
• Buying in early October can still make sense for next summer or for year-round cooling needs in warmer regions, and off-season AC pricing is often better than peak-season rates.

Pros and cons

Pros

• 5-star inverter rating means lower electricity bills over the unit's life.
• LG is a major AC brand with wide service coverage in India.
• The advertised price looks aggressive for a 2026-model 5-star unit if genuine.

Cons

• The live Flipkart price could not be verified — the page returned errors during our checks, so ₹43,490 is advertised only.
• AC deals frequently hinge on card or bank offers; the headline price may require a specific payment method or coupon.
• Installation charges, stabiliser requirements, and warranty terms are unknown and add real cost to any AC purchase.

Buyer fit

Worth a look if you are shopping for a roughly 1.5-ton energy-efficient split AC for a medium room and can verify the price yourself on Flipkart, including any bank-card conditions. Less useful if you need installation immediately in a region where Flipkart does not service large appliances, or if the advertised price turns out to depend on a bank offer you do not hold.

Final verdict

Potentially a strong price on a well-specced LG 5-star inverter AC, but unverified. Open the Flipkart listing, check the actual selling price and any card-offer conditions, compare across retailers, and factor in installation costs before deciding.
