Quick facts

Product overview

This is LG's 185-litre direct cool single door refrigerator, the 2026 model, finished in a "Blue Waterlilly" colour. It's aimed at small households: 185 L suits couples or small families, the direct cool system keeps running costs low, and the 5-star energy rating is the highest efficiency band for this category. The listing highlights a smart inverter compressor, the ability to run on a home inverter during power cuts, a base drawer for extra dry storage, and a "Fit Max" chiller tray.

The Flipkart page itself confirms the product exists, is listed under the 2026 variant, carries a 4.5 rating from roughly 29,030 ratings, and is sold by a third-party seller (IWQNBecommerce, rated 4.2 over six years on the platform). Delivery was shown with a Tuesday, 13 Oct estimate in the observed page text.

Reasons to consider

• Efficient size for small homes: 185 L with 5-star efficiency is a sensible pick for 1–3 person households.
• Base drawer: handy extra non-refrigerated storage for onions, potatoes and the like.
• Runs on home inverter: useful where power cuts are common.
• Strong rating history: 4.5 across ~29,030 ratings is a solid signal for this model line.
• Long compressor warranty: 10 years on the compressor adds peace of mind.

Pros and cons

Pros

• 5-star energy rating keeps electricity costs low
• Smart inverter compressor with 10-year compressor warranty
• Works on a home inverter during outages
• Large volume of positive ratings

Cons

• Advertised price is unverified — the page text showed higher figures than the advertised ₹14,526
• Sold by a third-party seller, not a flagship store
• Direct cool means manual defrosting
• Exchange offer was unavailable at the observed pincode

Buyer fit

Best for singles, couples or small families wanting a budget-friendly, efficient fridge without frost-free complexity. Less suitable for larger households (capacity will be tight) or buyers who specifically want auto-defrost.

Final verdict

The product and listing check out — this is a real, well-rated LG refrigerator on Flipkart. The price is the open question: ₹14,526 was advertised, but we could not confirm that figure on the merchant page, and visible page text pointed to a ₹17,490 list price (₹15,240 with offers). If the live listing shows anything near ₹14,526 it's a strong buy for this capacity class; at the higher list price it's merely an okay deal for a 5-star 185 L model. Check the current price and any bank or card offers on the page before ordering.
