Quick facts

Product overview

The FABER HOOD PLUTO is a 60 cm pyramid‑shaped kitchen chimney with a 1000 CMH motor, three‑layer baffle filter and low‑noise operation. It is marketed for powerful suction and a sleek look. The listing on Flipkart includes a promotional banner that says "Deal Price: ₹5,188 | 74% OFF" but the page does not expose a clear MRP or the actual selling price in the structured product‑price‑v1 data.

Reasons to consider

• Design & performance: The pyramid shape and three‑layer filter are suitable for medium‑size kitchens that need strong grease extraction.
• Brand reputation: FABER is a known Indian kitchen‑appliance brand with a decade of service support on Flipkart.
• Potential savings: If the claimed 74 % off is accurate, the deal would be substantially cheaper than typical market pricing for similar models.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Attractive visual design and low‑noise rating.
• Authorised installation service available (extra cost).
• High suction capacity for heavy cooking.

Cons

• No verified selling price or MRP on the product page; the discount claim cannot be confirmed.
• Availability may vary by pincode; the listing shows "Not available at this Pincode" for some areas.
• Installation charge is separate and not included in the advertised price.

Buyer fit

• Ideal for: Home cooks who need a powerful, low‑noise chimney and are comfortable verifying the final price at checkout.
• Not ideal for: Shoppers who require guaranteed price transparency before purchase, or who need the chimney delivered to a location where the product is out of stock.

Final verdict

The FABER HOOD PLUTO appears to be a solid kitchen chimney, and the advertised price of ₹5,188 suggests a deep discount. However, Flipkart’s page does not expose a concrete price or MRP, so the discount cannot be verified. Treat this as an unverified claim and check the final checkout price (including any installation fees) before committing.
