Product overview

This is a 1kg pack of dried brown dates, commonly sold in India as sukha khajoor or chuara kharek. Dry dates are typically eaten as a shelf-stable sweet snack, chopped into desserts, added to breakfast dishes, or used in traditional recipes. The listing name indicates the product is from BLK Foods Select and is sold through Flipkart.

The advertised price is ₹251 for 1kg. The advertised 78% discount implies a much higher reference price, but the merchant page could not be checked to confirm the MRP or the basis for that percentage.

Why consider it

• A 1kg pack is useful for households that regularly use dried dates for snacking, cooking or festive recipes.
• The advertised ₹251 price is low for a full kilogram if the product is genuinely available at that amount.
• Dry dates are generally shelf-stable and easier to store than fresh fruit.
• The shared link resolved to a matching Flipkart product page, so the advertised item and merchant line up.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Large 1kg pack size.
• Low advertised price for the stated quantity.
• Versatile pantry ingredient with multiple culinary uses.
• Flipkart product destination was confirmed via link resolution.

Cons

• Flipkart did not allow the product page to be read during verification.
• Current price, seller, stock status and delivery availability are unconfirmed.
• The advertised 78% discount cannot be verified against a merchant-displayed MRP.
• Variant, packaging date, ingredients and quality details could not be checked.

Who should buy it

This offer may suit buyers who already want dry dates and are comfortable checking the live Flipkart listing before ordering. It is less suitable for buyers who need confirmed stock, a verified seller, specific packaging details or a guaranteed discount at checkout.

Before buying, confirm the 1kg variant is selected, the seller is acceptable, the product is in stock for your PIN code, and the payable price is still ₹251. Also check ingredients, packaging date and return terms on the merchant page.

Final verdict

Worth checking if you need a 1kg pack of dry dates, since the advertised ₹251 price would be aggressive for the stated quantity. Treat it as an unverified advertised offer rather than a confirmed live deal: Flipkart's page could not be accessed, so the current price and availability must be confirmed before purchase.
