Product overview

The G3000 sits in Canon's MegaTank range, which replaces cartridges with refillable ink tanks to cut per-page running costs dramatically. It offers print, scan and copy functions with Wi-Fi for wireless printing from phones and laptops. The bundle highlighted in this deal includes two additional black ink bottles on top of the standard CMYK set, extending the time before you need to buy refills — a meaningful extra since black is the bottle that empties fastest for most households.

Reasons to consider

• Ink-tank economics: refill bottles cost a fraction of cartridges, making this far cheaper to run than a cartridge printer for regular use.
• Extra ink in the box: the two bonus black bottles add real value over the standard bundle.
• Wireless printing suits homes where multiple devices share one printer.
• Even at the observed ₹13,781, this remains a competitive price for a Canon MegaTank all-in-one.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Very low cost per page thanks to refillable tanks
• Generous ink bundle (six bottles total as listed)
• Wi-Fi and mobile printing support
• In stock on Amazon India when checked

Cons

• Live price was ₹13,781, higher than the advertised ₹12,403 — the deal price was not confirmed on the merchant page
• Modest print speeds; not suited to heavy office workloads
• No automatic duplex printing on this model

Buyer fit

A strong fit for students, home offices and families who print regularly and want minimal ink costs. If you print only occasionally, a cheaper cartridge printer may suffice. If the ₹12,403 price is the deciding factor, check the live listing before buying since prices on this product move.

Final verdict

The Canon PIXMA MegaTank G3000 is a proven low-running-cost printer, and the bundled extra black ink bottles sweeten this particular offer. The advertised ₹12,403 could not be matched on the live Amazon page (₹13,781 when checked), so verify the current price at checkout — it is still worth buying at the observed price if you need a Wi-Fi ink-tank all-in-one.
