Product overview

This is an extended-size desk mat from Ambrane, an Indian accessories brand better known for power banks and audio gear. At 23 x 11 inches with 3mm thickness, it is sized to sit under a keyboard and mouse together, or a laptop plus a mouse. The listed features include stitched edges to reduce fraying, a non-slip rubber base, and a waterproof surface that should shrug off minor spills. It is pitched equally at gamers wanting a wider mouse surface and office or home users who want a tidier desk.

Reasons to consider

• ₹149 is a very low price for a stitched-edge extended desk mat; generic mats of this size typically cost more.
• The waterproof surface and non-slip rubber base cover the two failure points cheap mats usually suffer first: spill damage and sliding.
• Stitched edges extend usable life compared with raw-cut mats that fray quickly.
• Buying three at once (the enforced minimum) makes sense if you need mats for multiple desks, or want spares.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Selling price of ₹149 confirmed on the Amazon product page
• Full desk coverage at 23 x 11 inches fits keyboard and mouse together
• Stitched edges, rubber base and waterproof surface at a budget price
• In stock when checked

Cons

• Minimum order quantity of 3, so you cannot buy a single mat
• The claimed ₹999 MRP and 85% discount are advertised figures not confirmed on the merchant page; treat the discount percentage with scepticism
• Budget mats at this price may have thinner rubber and simpler print quality than premium gaming mats
• Final cost may rise with delivery fees if your order does not qualify for free shipping

Buyer fit

This suits buyers setting up multiple desks — a home office plus a gaming corner, shared family computers, or a small office — who want a functional extended mat without spending much per unit. It is less suitable if you only need one mat (the three-piece minimum is a hard constraint), if you want a premium stitched or RGB gaming surface, or if a single-mat alternative closer to ₹200 for one piece works out cheaper overall for you.

Final verdict

At a confirmed ₹149 per unit, this is good value for a stitched-edge, waterproof desk mat — provided you actually have use for three of them, since Amazon enforces a minimum order of three. The advertised 85% discount off ₹999 should be taken as a listing claim rather than verified savings. If you need multiple mats, this is an easy buy; if you need just one, compare the total cost of three against a single-unit alternative first.
