Product overview

This is Whirlpool's 8 kg fully automatic top-load washing machine in the Magic Clean Pro SW H line, sold on Amazon India in grey with an in-built heater. An 8 kg drum handles larger loads such as bedding and family laundry, and the 5-star energy rating keeps running costs low relative to lower-rated models. The in-built heater supports warm-water washes, which can help with tougher stains and hygiene-focused cycles. The listing is fulfilled by Amazon, and the observed seller is DAWNTECH ELECTRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED.

Reasons to consider

• The advertised effective price of ₹13,740 is aggressive for an 8 kg, 5-star, fully automatic machine with a heater.
• The ₹1,000 coupon applies on the product page, so no separate code hunting is needed — though it must visibly apply at checkout.
• If you already hold an SBI credit card, the additional bank discount meaningfully lowers the effective cost.
• Amazon fulfilled delivery, scheduled delivery slots, and an exchange option for an old machine add practical value.

Pros and cons

Pros

• 8 kg capacity suits families; 5-star rating reduces electricity use.
• In-built heater for hot-water washes.
• Strong advertised effective price when the coupon and card offer stack.
• Fulfilled by Amazon with scheduled delivery.

Cons

• Headline price requires an SBI credit card; without it you only get the ₹1,000 coupon.
• The ₹5,250 bank discount is an "up to" ceiling — the actual instant discount may be lower depending on offer terms and card variant.
• The merchant page did not expose a verified machine-readable selling price during our check, so the exact payable amount should be confirmed in the cart.
• Top-load machines generally use more water than comparable front-loaders.

Buyer fit

This deal makes most sense for households upgrading to a larger-capacity machine who already have an SBI credit card — that's where the full advertised effective price materialises. Buyers without an SBI card still get the ₹1,000 coupon but should compare the resulting price against competing 8 kg models before committing. If you have an old washing machine, check whether the exchange offer applies to your pincode for additional savings.

Final verdict

Worth considering if you need an 8 kg fully automatic machine and hold an SBI credit card — the stacked coupon plus bank discount brings a 5-star, heater-equipped Whirlpool down to an unusually low advertised effective price. Before paying, open the product page, tick the ₹1,000 coupon, and confirm the SBI card discount actually appears at checkout, since the advertised figure could not be independently verified against Amazon's pricing data during our check.
