Quick facts

Product overview

This is a fully automatic front-load washing machine with an 8 kg capacity, positioned by the brand for households of roughly five to six members. It carries a 5 Star energy rating, a 1400 RPM spin speed for faster drying, an in-built heater, and steam technology. The listing highlights 15 wash programs including Sanitize, Cotton, Rapid 30min, Baby care, Woollens and Drum Clean, along with a stainless steel drum and body. Warranty coverage is listed as 2 years comprehensive plus 8 additional years on the motor.

Reasons to consider

• 8 kg capacity suits medium-to-large families in a single machine.
• 5 Star energy rating and inverter motor keep running costs low.
• In-built heater and steam wash help with tough stains and hygiene washes.
• 1400 RPM spin speed reduces drying time.
• Advertised price of ₹23,740 is well below the ₹37,550 MRP for buyers who qualify for the card offer.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Strong spec sheet for the advertised price: heater, steam, 15 programs.
• Long motor warranty (8 years additional) plus 2 years comprehensive.
• Product page is live on Amazon India and the item shows as in stock.

Cons

• The advertised ₹23,740 requires a coupon plus a further discount via an SBI credit card — buyers without an eligible SBI card will pay more.
• We could not independently confirm the current selling price on the product page; treat the figure as advertised, not verified.
• Front-load machines need bending or a stand, and installation is a separate step.

Buyer fit

Worth a look if you are upgrading to a large-capacity front-loader and hold an SBI credit card that qualifies for the card discount. If you do not have an eligible card, check the price shown in your own Amazon account before deciding — the real price for you may be meaningfully higher than the advertised ₹23,740.

Final verdict

A well-specced 8 kg, 5 Star front-load Whirlpool at an advertised effective price of ₹23,740 is a competitive offer in this segment. Because the headline price depends on a coupon plus an SBI credit card discount and could not be confirmed directly on the product page, verify the final checkout price and card eligibility in your account before buying.
