Quick facts

Product overview

This is the Wakefit Taurus, a queen-size (78 x 60 inch) bed in engineered wood with a Columbian Walnut finish. It comes with a storage box underneath, fits mattresses up to 8 inches thick, and the listing describes the board as noise-free with a density of 680–750 kg/m³ and termite and borer resistance. It carries a one-year warranty according to the listing title, and the seller on Amazon is Wakefit Innovations Ltd itself, which is reassuring for after-sales support.

Reasons to consider

• Under-bed box storage is genuinely useful in Indian bedrooms where wardrobe space runs short.
• Buying from the brand's own seller account on Amazon keeps warranty claims simpler than a third-party reseller.
• Engineered wood at this price undercuts most solid-wood storage beds substantially.
• If the SBI credit card offer applies to your account, an effective price near ₹10,875 is strong for a queen storage bed.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Confirmed ₹12,794 selling price on the merchant page
• Storage box included at a budget-friendly price point
• Sold and shipped under Wakefit's own seller account

Cons

• Advertised ₹10,875 is only reachable via a card discount we could not verify
• Engineered wood will not match solid wood for longevity or refinishing
• Furniture assembly and return logistics on large items can be a hassle

Buyer fit

This suits someone furnishing a bedroom on a budget who needs storage built in, especially if they hold an SBI credit card and can see the ₹1,919 offer on their account. It is less suitable if you want heirloom-grade furniture or need the bed immediately — delivery windows and assembly are factors with large furniture orders.

Final verdict

At the confirmed ₹12,794, this is a reasonable price for a branded queen bed with storage, and worth buying if you need one. Treat the ₹10,875 figure as conditional: it matches the listed price only if a ₹1,919 SBI credit card discount applies to your account. Check the bank offer section on the product page or at checkout before counting on it.
