Product overview

The Ming is a 25-litre polyester laptop backpack from United Colors of Benetton aimed at daily commuting and college use. The listing describes it as a unisex design in beige with a laptop section. The product page labels it "Non 4 Compartment", which reads like a cataloging quirk; buyers who care about exact pocket count should check the gallery images before ordering. The bag carries a 4.3-star average across roughly 500 ratings, which is a reasonable signal for a budget backpack.

Reasons to consider

• ₹659 is a low entry price for a branded 25L backpack; the page marks it as the lowest price in 30 days.
• Fulfilled by Amazon, so delivery and returns run through Amazon's logistics rather than a third-party courier.
• 4.3 stars across 505 ratings suggests broadly satisfied buyers at this price tier.
• Free delivery is shown on the page, so there is no shipping add-on eating into the discount.

Pros and cons

Pros

• 70% below MRP and the lowest listed price in a month
• In stock at the time of checking, with quantity options up to 30
• Amazon-fulfilled with a stated 30-day exchange/return window
• Recognised fashion brand at a budget price point

Cons

• The 70% figure is measured against MRP, which is often aspirational — the real-world street price of this bag may sit lower than ₹2,199 most of the time.
• Sold by a third-party seller (RetailEZ Pvt Ltd), even though Amazon fulfils it — check the seller rating if that matters to you.
• The "Non 4 Compartment" naming is confusing; compartment layout is not clearly documented.
• Polyester build at this price is unlikely to match premium backpack durability.

Buyer fit

This suits students and commuters who want a branded, everyday laptop bag at a low price and do not need heavy padding, waterproofing, or premium materials. If you carry expensive electronics daily or travel frequently, a higher-end pack may be a better spend.

Final verdict

Worth buying if you need a budget daily backpack. The ₹659 price is confirmed on the product page, it is the lowest seen in 30 days, and the rating base is decent. Just treat the 70% off-MRP figure as marketing context rather than proof of exceptional value, and verify the compartment layout from the product images before checkout.
