Product overview

The MT-71 is a 7-section lightweight camera tripod that doubles as a selfie stick and vlog handle. It extends to 59 inches, uses a standard 1/4-inch screw, and ships with a GoPro adapter, so it covers action cams, 360 cameras and compact vlogging setups. ULANZI is a well-known budget accessories brand, and this model targets creators who want one support piece for desk, handheld and full-height shots.

Reasons to consider

• The verified ₹2,249 price is 39% below the listed MRP, and the extra 5% coupon brings it to roughly ₹2,136.
• One accessory covers tripod, selfie-stick and vlog-handle duties for Pocket, Insta360 and GoPro cameras.
• A 4.5-star average across ~1,000 ratings is a reasonable signal for a budget tripod.
• The wider ULANZI sale also lists the MT-73 at ₹2,469 (38% off, 5% coupon) and the SK29 MagSafe phone tripod at ₹3,899 (39% off, 10% coupon) if a different form factor fits better.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Verified sub-₹2,250 price with an additional coupon on top
• Broad compatibility across DJI, Insta360 and GoPro mounts
• Strong review count and rating for the category

Cons

• The coupon is account-dependent and may not appear for every buyer
• MRP-based discounts on accessories are often inflated; real street price may sit near this level more often than the 39% figure suggests
• Lightweight 7-section tripods trade stability for portability at full extension

Buyer fit

Good fit for vloggers and action-cam users who want a single travel-friendly mount that works across DJI Pocket, Insta360 and GoPro bodies. Less suited to anyone needing a stable full-height tripod for heavier mirrorless or DSLR cameras.

Final verdict

At a verified ₹2,249 — and closer to ₹2,136 if the 5% coupon applies to your account — the MT-71 is a sensible buy for mobile and action-cam creators. It is worth picking up if you need this kind of multi-role mount now; there is no urgency beyond normal sale timing, so check the coupon and compare the MT-73 before paying.
