Amazon: TAGAS Men's Bomber Jacket at ₹569 (81% Off ₹2,999 MRP)

At a glance

A deals channel flagged an 81% discount on a TAGAS men's bomber jacket, priced at Rs 569 against an advertised MRP of Rs 2,999. The Amazon.in product page text independently displays the same Rs 569 price and Rs 2,999 MRP with an -81% badge, which matches the advertised claim. However, Amazon's structured pricing data for this listing returned as unverified by the automated check, so while the page text is consistent with the claim, this is not a fully machine-confirmed price. Treat this as a documented, likely-accurate lead rather than a guaranteed-locked price.

Product overview

The TAGAS jacket is positioned as a casual-to-semi-formal men's bomber style, marketed under a Limited Time Deal tag on Amazon.in. The product page confirms availability (InStock) and shows the same price and MRP figures the source channel advertised. Bank offers are also listed on the page, including an Amazon Pay ICICI cashback up to Rs 17 and card-linked discounts up to Rs 1,000 on select cards, but these are separate, conditional promotions layered on top of the base price, not guaranteed for every buyer.

Reasons to consider

At Rs 569, the jacket is priced well below typical winter outerwear on Amazon, and the discount math lines up correctly with the claimed MRP. It ships from a known third-party seller with Amazon-fulfilled logistics, free delivery, and a standard 10-day return/exchange window, which reduces purchase risk if sizing or colour doesn't work out.

Pros and cons

Pros:

• Matches the advertised 81% discount and Rs 569 price as shown in the merchant's own page text
• Free delivery and a 10-day return/exchange policy
• Reasonable rating base (53 ratings at 3.6/5)

Cons:

• The automated pricing check could not independently bind this price to verified product markup, so it remains a strong but not airtight confirmation
• Limited Time Deal framing means price or availability could change without notice
• A 3.6/5 rating suggests mixed buyer satisfaction; check size charts and recent reviews before ordering
• Bank/card cashback offers are conditional and not part of the base price

Buyer fit

This suits a budget-conscious shopper looking for a casual winter jacket who doesn't mind a mid-tier rated product and is comfortable relying on Amazon's return window if fit or quality disappoints. Buyers wanting guaranteed premium quality or who need a specific colour/size should check current listing options first, since channel-advertised deals on fast-moving apparel can shift quickly.

Final verdict

The price match between the advertised claim and the merchant's visible page text is reassuring, but the lack of a fully verified structured price means this should be treated as a good-looking, time-sensitive lead rather than a locked-in guarantee. If the jacket's style and size work for you and the Rs 569 price still shows at checkout, it looks like a reasonable discount buy; otherwise, double-check the live price before purchasing.
