Product overview

This is a washing machine descaler powder sold under the rexivo brand in a 100g pack. According to the listing, it is designed to remove limescale, detergent residue and bad odour from the drum and internal parts of a washing machine, and it is marketed as suitable for both front-load and top-load machines. Regular descaling is commonly recommended for households in hard-water areas, where mineral build-up can reduce cleaning performance and machine life.

Reasons to consider

• At ₹99 per unit this is a cheap maintenance add-on compared with branded machine-cleaning products that typically cost more per use.
• The listing is delivered by Amazon, which generally simplifies delivery and returns.
• The ₹99 price was read directly from the Amazon buy box, not just advertised.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Very low price relative to the ₹499 MRP (about 80% off).
• Works with both front-load and top-load machines per the listing.
• Amazon delivery and seller support on the order.

Cons

• Minimum order quantity of 2, so you must buy at least two units.
• rexivo is a lesser-known brand; effectiveness claims on the listing are not independently verified.
• 100g is a small pack — heavy limescale may need repeated treatments.

Buyer fit

Good for households in hard-water areas, or anyone whose machine smells or leaves residue on clothes. If you already use a machine cleaner from an established brand and are happy with it, there is little reason to switch purely for price — though at ₹99 the risk is minimal.

Final verdict

Worth picking up if your machine is due for a clean. The ₹99 price is confirmed on Amazon's product page, but factor in the mandatory two-unit minimum and temper expectations on a budget-brand descaler.
