Amazon: Reebok Genesis Runner M Men's Sneakers Listed at ₹936 (74% Off MRP)

At a glance

Reebok's Genesis Runner M men's running shoe is listed on Amazon.in at ₹936, against a printed MRP of ₹3,599 — a displayed saving of about 74%. The page shows the pair in stock in Black/Vector Red (the observed variant is UK-9), fulfilled by Amazon and sold by Cocoblu Retail, with free delivery and a 10-day return/exchange window. One caution: the ₹936 figure appears in the page's rendered text, but the structured pricing data our tools could read did not independently bind that amount to the product, so treat it as the page's displayed price and re-check at checkout before paying.

Product overview

The Genesis Runner M is a budget Reebok running shoe with a synthetic/textile upper, positioned as an everyday casual-runner rather than a performance trainer. The listing carries Reebok's "Top Brand" badge on Amazon and a middling 3.7-star average across 69 ratings, which suggests acceptable-but-mixed buyer experiences — typical for entry-level branded footwear at this price. At ₹936 this sits firmly in the value end of the market, where a genuine international sports brand name is the main draw over unbranded alternatives.

Reasons to consider

• A three-figure displayed price for a Reebok-branded runner is aggressive; even a modest discount off the ₹3,599 MRP would leave it competitive.
• Amazon fulfilment, free delivery and a 10-day return/exchange policy reduce the risk of sizing or quality surprises.
• Additional offers on the page include up to ₹3,000 off via select SBI credit/debit card offers and up to ₹28 cashback with Amazon Pay ICICI cards — worth checking if eligible, though "up to" is a ceiling, not a guaranteed amount.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Displayed ₹936 price vs ₹3,599 MRP — roughly 74% off as shown on the page
• Brand-name shoe at unbranded-shoe money
• Free delivery, 10-day returns, Amazon-fulfilled

Cons

• 3.7-star rating from only 69 reviews is lukewarm
• The ₹936 price could not be independently bound to the product via structured pricing data — verify at checkout
• Deep-discount sneakers often reflect older stock or limited size runs; observed stock is the UK-9 variant
• Bank offers are "up to" amounts with eligibility conditions, not guaranteed extra savings

Buyer fit

This fits budget-conscious shoppers who want a branded casual or light-running shoe and are flexible on model generation. It is less suited to serious runners needing specific cushioning or support tech, or to buyers who need sizes other than what is in stock — check the size selector before assuming your size is discounted to the same level.

Final verdict

A worthwhile buy if the ₹936 price holds at checkout: a Reebok runner at three-figure money with free delivery and easy returns is strong value, provided you accept the mixed 3.7-star feedback. Because the displayed price wasn't confirmed by bound structured pricing, treat the headline figure as the page's advertised price, verify it in your cart, and don't count on the bank-offer ceilings applying to you.
