Amazon: Presto! Detergent Bar 1 kg Pack Listed at ₹99, Advertised Near ₹94

At a glance

Amazon lists the Presto! detergent bar pack containing four 250 g bars, or 1 kg total, at ₹99. The advertised price was close to ₹94 with an instruction to apply a coupon, but the merchant page currently confirms a ₹99 one-time purchase price. Product overview

Presto! is Amazon's own household essentials brand. This listing is for a four-bar detergent pack intended for manual clothes washing. The product description says the bars are designed to be tough on stains while remaining gentle on fabrics and hands, colour-safe, and lightly fragranced.

At ₹99 for 1 kg, this sits at the budget end of the detergent bar category. The advertised ₹94 price would make it modestly cheaper still, but the merchant page currently shows ₹99 for a one-time purchase.

Reasons to consider

The main attraction is the low per-kilogram price for a basic household staple. Buying four bars together can also be convenient for homes that regularly hand-wash clothes, clean collars and cuffs, or prefer detergent bars for targeted stain treatment.

The listing shows the item in stock with delivery options and Amazon fulfilment. A Subscribe & Save option is displayed at ₹94.05, close to the advertised price, though subscription eligibility, delivery schedule and checkout terms should be checked before ordering.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Low verified price of ₹99 for 1 kg
• Four separately usable 250 g bars
• Amazon's own Presto! household brand
• In stock and shown as shipping from Amazon
• Subscribe & Save price shown near the advertised ₹94 level

Cons

• The ₹94 advertised price is not the verified one-time purchase price
• Coupon applicability could not be confirmed from the available evidence
• Subscribe & Save may involve recurring deliveries or account-specific terms
• Effectiveness on difficult stains has not been independently tested here

Buyer fit

This is best suited to shoppers who already use detergent bars or want an inexpensive option for hand-washing and spot-treating clothes. It may be less useful for buyers who only use liquid or powder detergent in a washing machine.

If the ₹94 price matters, check the product page coupon box and final checkout total before paying. The safer expectation is the currently observed ₹99 one-time price.

Final verdict

Worth considering if you need detergent bars and can buy at or near ₹99. The deal is still inexpensive at the verified price, but buyers should not assume the advertised ₹94 coupon price will apply to their account or order until checkout confirms it.
