Product overview

The Iron Beats IV is Portronics' large-format party speaker aimed at home gatherings and small events. The headline hardware is a 250W output rating with dual 6-inch subwoofers, which on paper puts it well above typical portable Bluetooth speakers for bass and volume. It bundles a wireless karaoke microphone, RGB LED lighting, treble and bass adjustment, echo control and a remote — the standard kit for a karaoke-oriented party speaker in this segment.

One honest caveat on the spec sheet: "up to 4 hours" of playtime is modest for a speaker this size, and real-world battery life at high volume with lights on is likely to be lower. This is a speaker that works best near a power outlet.

Reasons to consider

• Price is verified: ₹8,899 is confirmed on the live Amazon product page, not just an advertised figure.
• Feature density: 250W output, dual subwoofers, karaoke mic, lighting and remote in one box covers most party-speaker needs without extra purchases.
• Fulfilled by Amazon: The listing is Amazon-fulfilled with free delivery, which generally means faster shipping and simpler returns.
• Karaoke included: A bundled wireless mic adds value for buyers specifically wanting karaoke, which rivals often sell separately.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Confirmed ₹8,899 price on the merchant page
• 250W output with dual 6-inch subwoofers
• Wireless karaoke mic and remote included
• In stock, sold by an established Amazon seller with fulfilment by Amazon

Cons

• Advertised 56% discount could not be verified — no MRP was shown in the page data we could read
• "Up to 4 hours" playtime is limited for extended outdoor use
• Large party speakers at this price are a crowded category; brand-level audio tuning varies
• Other sellers list the same item from the same price, so this is less an exclusive deal than the going rate

Buyer fit

This suits buyers who want a single loud speaker for house parties, karaoke nights or small functions, and who value the convenience of an Amazon-fulfilled order with easy returns. It is a weaker fit for anyone needing long battery life away from mains power, or for buyers cross-shopping premium audio brands where sound refinement matters more than wattage and lights.

Final verdict

The ₹8,899 price is real and confirmed on Amazon, and the speaker's feature set is competitive for the money. Treat the advertised 56% discount cautiously — the reference MRP isn't visible, so the true saving is unclear, and ₹8,899 appears to be the standard selling price across sellers rather than a flash deal. If a 250W karaoke party speaker is what you're shopping for, this is a fair buy at the listed price; just don't let the discount percentage be the deciding factor.
